Join us at Cinder for a journey through the ages with Penfolds.

Executive Chef Jake Furst and Cinder’s Head Chef Marius Daniulaitis, have curated a menu featuring dry aged steaks that pair perfectly with four Penfolds wines ranging from 2004 to 2018.

The menu will boast various cuts of meat, each prepared using different techniques and aged for different durations that bring out their complex flavours. Celebrate the tenderness and flavour of dry-aged meats, followed by gracefully aged wines that showcase a depth of flavour that only time can provide. Explore the unique characteristics of each dish and the wines that complement them as you savour each bite and sip on the Champagne Rose NV, the Bin 311 Chardonnay, the Magill Estate Shiraz, and to finish, the Grandfather 20yo Tawny.
