Our Philosophy

Cinder is a unique dining experience, offering the highest quality produce and exquisite seasonal dishes. Founded by Kickon Group’s Culinary Director Jake Furst, Cinder combines rich ambiance, elegance and class, with the warmth of traditional hospitality. The restaurant offers an extensive range of dry-aged meats, cooked over a Josper open grill, that imparts the unmistakable flavours of char and smoke.

The ever-changing menu features the best of in-season produce, creating dishes that are truly a delight for the senses. From the best Wagyu beef cuts in Australia through to poultry and fish, ever visit to Cinder will surprise and delight.

Dry Aged


Cinder’s dry-aged meat selection is truly a thing of beauty. Every cut is aged to perfection and the flavours are tantalizingly complex, offering an experience that only top-quality aging can provide. Each cut is carefully handled and aged in our in-house dry aging program, ensuring that you get only the best in flavour and texture. We experiment with a range of produce from beef to lamb, poultry and fish to bring you a dining experience like no other.



At the heart of the Cinder kitchen lies the mighty wood-fired Josper Grill, delivering the unmistakable qualities of cooking over fire to a modern Australian menu. Providing both traditional and sharing style dining, Cinder is an experience perfect for intimate occasions or large celebrations.
