Birthday Steak & Wine

Celebrate at Cinder on your birthday, and let us treat you to a complimentary premium cut of dry-aged beef, perfectly cooked to your preference and served with a glass of Penfolds St. Henri – Our gift to you.

Steak Knife

Stored on display in Cinder, you will receive a  one-of-a-kind steak knife crafted by Mathieu Dechamps, a renowned Belgian artisan knifemaker. Your numbered knife will be set at your table every time you dine with us, and will remain yours throughout the duration of your membership.

Exclusive Access

We’ll email you as soon as a new cut goes into the dry-ager with tasting notes and an invitation to reserve a cut. You’ll be contacted when the cut has nearly completed its aging process to book in a time and enjoy the cut at its optimal age.

Members Events

With your membership, you’ll be able to enjoy exclusive early access to regular special events supported by top producers across Australia. You will also have access to discounted ticket prices.

You will have a direct line with Culinary Director Jake Furst, as well as our events management team, to put together truly unforgettable events & bespoke menus for your next function or event at Cinder.
