Indulge in the complex flavours of each dish expertly paired with a selection of Nikka Japanese Whiskey, including Taketsuru Pure Malt, Yoichi Single Malt, Miyagikyo Heavily Peated and the star of the show, the Yoichi 10 Year Old.

Indulge in a set menu crafted by 2023 AHA chef of the Year, Jake Furst and explore the unique characteristics of each dish and the whiskey that complement them as you unwind and spend the evening completely present and in the moment.
